Guest guest
Before I knew I was low thyroid I used to have drowning dreams. I would be underwater in the ocean or a lake and dying for air, trying to get to the surface so I could breathe. When I'd finally break through, I'd take this huge inhaling gasp, and wake with my heart pounding rapidly from adrenaline cause I was about to die from drowning. Happened more than once and didn't know what to make of it. But since raising my thyroid dose, haven't had these dreams anymore. Funny how your dreams incorporate whatever your body's doing.
