Ellen -- That kinda depends on who you ask. Some say no-go on any

pepperoni, others will ok the turkey pepperoni. The big issues with these

are fat and sodium. The way I've always looked at it, we're not talking

something you're going to eat every day (at least not most of us) so I say

it's ok throughout the diet. Now, if you were talking as a regular thing,

I'd say no.

thanks james! It is an every so often item...so we will use

sparingly.
