Guest guest
Carolyn: I just wanted to let you know that I too have times when my memory and thinking is just off. I have not been able to connect it with meds etc. I have weeks that are just a blur. Now I am taking Meth, Enbril and pred plus nebulizer and oxy. My thinking is better with this combo. Guest guest
Wow Carolyn, That sounds awful. What would make you feel that way? What meds are you on? Could the delerium be a med side effect or is it just from lack of sleep? I'm worried about you girl. Sorry that you don't remember Christmas much. Please take care of yourself, okay. I hope you stay feeling better. I was offline for a few days too, but that's because I was so busy. Now I'm just really tired and have to rest. Take care and be well, Elaine
Guest guest
Hi Carolyn You are starting to worry me sweetie... please take care of yourself... I myself am just trying to listen to my body and try to figure out what's happening... The throat symptoms are the same, sometimes it gets better, then it goes back to uncomfortable, but it never gets worse... sigh... crap!!! It seems that diuretics help a little bit, to early to tell what's happening with the Minocin and I am lowering the pred, and feel a little better when I do... strange huh?? I'm also continuing with the Losec for " suspected " acid reflux... and so it goes!! Carolyn, please continue to email and let us know how you are doing, ok? luv Carmela ******************** > >Reply-To: Rpolychondritis (AT) e >To: Rpolychondritis (AT) e> >Subject: I'm back (Carolyn) >Date: Tue, 26 Dec 2000 15:14:07 -1000 > >Hi all. I figured out why I was getting so scik the last week or so and >have been so spotty about being online. I actually got kind of goofy >(delirious?) for awhile. Guest guest
Donna, Thanks for taking th etime to tell me. Before ever needing a support group I couldn't begin to fathom how much better you can feel when you don't feel like you're so alone and wierd! Hopefully (and I think it is) mine is mostly a combo of sleep deprivation and toxins from inflammation when I get to the goofy/delirious part. So today I'm a little less goofy. What can I say? Glenda has eeyore -- maybe I have to adopt you know who...Love Carolyn Re: I'm back (Carolyn) > Carolyn: > > I just wanted to let you know that I too have times when my memory and > thinking is just off. Guest guest
Wow, Carolyn, that sounds like some Christmas, maybe it was a good thing you missed most of it. Stay in bed to regain your strength and feel better. LOL, Judy O
