Guest guest Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 I've already thought of a dozen other things we eat since my last post...eggs in moderation, some types of vinegar, peeled cucumbers... I also wanted to clarify on the carbs - we are not ultra-low. For instance, I mentioned we are having black-eyed peas and rice pudding tonight. That will be about 1/4 cup peas per person and the pudding has some stevia with a tiny amount of honey. There is a small handful of rice in very large batch of pudding. It is mostly cream and eggs.
