Sol, my doc sold me 500mg caps that also had some mag, vitamin C and

other stuff in them. Barb told me that 200mg was more like a

reasonable dose so I got the NSI brand 200s of chromium picolinate

from Vitacost and I've been taking them with meals with potatoes,

rice, etc. Doc said to take them at bed-time to help smooth blood

sugar to help me sleep but that didn't work.

Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) I take 250mg 2x/day with breakfast and

lunch and a B-50 as per my doc. I've read that we could take a lot

more B-5, but I seem to be tolerating what I'm doing with these vits

and doses pretty well so I'm trying not rock the boat too much.
