Keeping helmets on older babys

My grandson is 14 months and has been in his second helmet for a

couple of months. He has now mastered opening the velcro and taking

it off. He is o.k. about keeping it on at nighttime (mostly). Any

suggestions from the group how to keep him in the helmet? He still

has a ways to go to have a nice round head.
