Answers to many of your questions can be found in Nick's excellent website:

http://thyroid-rt3.com/ It contains a great deal of the knowledge that has been

gathered through this group.

only medication for about 2 months. I'm beginning to see improvements such as:

my hair doesn't fall out like it did and I do have a little more energy. From

what I've read, it seems that it takes about 3 months of T3 only medication

before all the T4 clears and the receptors clear. Has anyone had this

experience? What should I expect when everything clears? Did anyone lose

weight after the T4 & receptors cleared? I'm 39 years old, female, full

thyroidectomy in Aug 2008 and in good health other than having Hashimoto's (and

know hypo due to RT3 Dominance). I exercise and watch what I eat, but get

discouraged that I don't lose any weight. I'm 5'3 " and weigh 140 lbs - about

10-15 pounds more than I did this time last year. If any of you have any

information, I would greatly appreciate it. I had my adrenals tested as well

(saliva) - they were in pretty good shape, but my cortisol levels increased

around 4:00 pm, so I've been on Seriphos to help my cortisol levels get back to

a normal rhythm. Thank you!
