Helmet does not seem Right

Ok so we have had some issues with the helmet (starband). He got it and

he got sick for two weeks so we had to leave it off. This week we have

been back and forth to the doctor shaving it were it leaves really bad

red marks. Now it moves off is forhead. I called and they said we have

to re-cast him. Now we have to start all over. I am getting tired of

all this. He is 4.5 months old. I have some questions. Has anyone else

been through this? Will his face be normal agian? Had anyone had doubts

in the helmet?
