Guest guest
I'm not taking it, but my doctor told me to take Calm-PRT and melatonin at night to help me sleep through the night. The Calm-PRT does have phosphatidylserine in it. So I think it is safe to take them together. I haven't tried the melatonin last night with no luck. I haven't started the Calm-PRT because my cortisol is low at night, so I'm reluctant to take it. --Steph > > Anyone out there who takes Phosphatidyl Serine and Melatonin together? Guest guest
Actually, PS had the opposite effect on me. It kept me awake. I tried it several times and had the same reaction everytime. I am just taking 25mcg of T3 for one of my doses and it works great.VeniziaSubject: Re: Fw: phosphatidyl serineTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, May 12, 2010, 11:10 AM I'm not taking it, but my doctor told me to take Calm-PRT and melatonin at night to help me sleep through the night.
