Guest guest
I have a question: I take my T3(sublingually) at 6am, 11am, 4pm and bedtime. I was taking my afternoon temp. at 3pm and it was between 97.9 and 98.1. But I've found that if I take my T3 at 3:45pm and then my afternoon temp at 4pm, it is usually 98.4. Does this mean I am waiting too long to take my T3 doses? Thanks! in CA

Does this mean I am waiting too long to take my T3 doses? Possibly, or maybe you are not on enough T3?? There seems to be some way that it's " buffered " in the body, my metabolism doesn't twitch each time I take a dose as long as I am on enough. Whether it's stored in serum and taken into the cells as needed I don't know but there seems to be a reasonably wide band in which circulating hormone levels can be and I notice it when they drop below that level.. Guest guest
Hmm, thanks, Nick. I'm sure that I'm not on enough, but can't raise yet as the T3 is pooling per my last labs due to a ferritin of 18. in CA > > > > >I have a question: I take my T3(sublingually) at 6am, 11am, 4pm and bedtime. Keep supplementing the iron then. You can try edging up slowly on the T3 and if you get anxiety etc drop down again.
