Yeah I've heard her say this before. I'm not going to supplement with it. I'm going to figure out another way since I can't do testing every few weeks. Thanks.

I have been battling water retention for a while now and it's not easy fix.I just wanted to tell you that supplmenting potassium without testing it's not what you should do.First when my problem started my potassium levels were over the top range 5.9. That was before I started florinef and after that my potasiumm dropped to 3.7 ,which is level needing supplementing. Val always say you should not take potassium without test,high potassium can kill you,it's not a joke.

Even while suplementing she worns to do test in a every few weeks.
