Guest guest
Hi there. I've just joined this group after being advised from the Adrenal Group that this could be useful since I appear to have RT3 issues in addition to cortisol issues. I wanted to know if I had low ferritin (45) and recently started taking Floradix 10 mg 2x/day if I could have a reaction where I'm getting chest pains or palps because maybe I'm getting some thyroid hormone that had been backed up due to low ferritin now? Yesterday I had some dizzy spells and my bp was 137/74 which for me is high. Today after not having taken the iron last night or this morning it was 115/76. I know BP is adrenal related, but could this be related to adding the iron with RT3? Thanks so much! Arielle

Generally ferritin moves very slowly so I wouldn't expect things to happen suddenly the way it can with HC but it's possible. Guest guest
Hi Nick. Thanks for your response. I do think the iron has changed something. I have more energy and yet I'm starting to get some headaches and jitteriness. My thought is that maybe the thyroid is getting through but its too much for my adrenals at this point hence the symptoms and the bp change. Would that make sense? Thanks again. Thanks again. Could be, in which case temporarily lowering T3 a little may help Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
