need advice with cytomel dosing

Hey Group,I've been on cytomel for a week - 5 mg 4x/day, and my temps are stable at 98.3 F.  So, I guess it is now time to increase my dosage.  Can someone please tell me what the next dosing schedule should be?

You can increase the dose by another 5mcg in the first makeing it

10 5 5 5

Dependng on how you adrenals can handle it. You can also go:

7.5 7.5 5 5

Or more slowly:

7.5 5 5 5
