when will i be able to tell a diff in my metab

i have been on lower t4 (50mcg) and 60 mcg of t3 for a week now. as soon as i

stopped taking the higher t4 i already felt i was losing some water weight and

started to feel less puffy. however, i am wondering when my metabolism will

feel better . i feel like i gain weight very quickly..andi really feel this is

my thyroid.

does the metabolism shift when the reverse t3 comes down? also my tempts are

getting higher, around 98 now..which is totally amazing, bc i have always ran so

cold im almost blue..

does this mean my metabolism is higher now?

Yep, if temperatures are rising your metabolism is starting to speed

re: metabolism question posted earlier about when you will notice a difference

-- I cleared recently and began noticing a slight/moderate difference about 4-6

weeks in. I now have noticed a bigger difference and have found that it is

amazing how when my temps are closer to 98.6, my metabolism really does work

better. While clearing when my temps dropped, so did my metabolism. So far so

good now that I have cleared about 3 weeks.
