Sorry Val, not following you on this. Do you mean estradiol and progesterone are low and that I should supplement them?

is meant to so it is not bindin cortisl receptors as it shouldn't.

Ok, sounds good. Would you recommend taking estrogen all month and progesterone just the last half-mimicking nature? or would you do it differently?
