Guest guest
My new Dr. has prescribed a shot of hydrocortisone for me to use when I'm in labor. Is this a good idea as opposed to stress dosing with the tablets? My OB Dr. today said that my ferritin of 18 was actually falsely low because in pregnancy the blood is so diluted. He said it should go up a few weeks after birth. Think there's truth to that? I'm also wondering if the new cynomel I got can really be the same 25 mcg of T3 as the liothyronine that I've been taking; the pills are so much thinner and smaller. But the bottle says they are 25mcg. Thanks so much for answering! in CA
Guest guest
I would go with the shot as oyu are gonna need a BIG boost! I am not convinced about the Ferritin either but we can hope! Yeah, T3 the actual product is MINUTE! Which is why it is measrued in Micrograms. Even the tiniest T3 tablets are 90% or MORE filler cause T3 is so minute it takes a TINY bit to actuall y make up the dose. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
