Guest guest
One more question ( sorry )....... I've been reading all this info and see that it is common to have a slow heartbeat with a RT3 problem. I have tachycardia. My resting HR is around 85, but if I get up and do light activity like taking a shower, my HR jumps up to 105-110, sometimes 120. I'm assuming this is because of low cortisol?????????? ( Val, I just read your story and identify so much when you said you were 1/2 scared you would die in your sleep, and 1/2 wanted to die when awake. It gives me hope that you once felt as awful as I do and went on to recover ).

" Actually this is pretty norma;l for someone that is not in good physical condition. I would be happy if mine ONLY went thta high with activity! LOL BTW Showering in a HOT shower stress3es adrenals big time as they have to make your body tolerate the temperature differnce. Many people wiht weak adrneals cannto take hot showers. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
