Guest guest
Dear Val, Following your advice I have started taking the above combination to sort out my burning feet. I have also chucked in 1000µg of chromium and some milk thistle/silymarine and a good dose of the other B vitamins. I have started taking apple cider vinegar in water before each meal, because apparently this slows the release of sugar into the blood and avoids the spike after a meal. Two weeks into this protocol I feel much better and I have also lots 5 kilos (11 lbs) without much effort! (Only another 15 to go to get back to where I was two years ago). Infact I am following a high protein, low carb diet and inspite of my weight loss I never seem to stop eating. I still have residual tingling in my feet but it is so much improved I cannot believe it. It has also had a positive effect on how I am feeling overall. Thank you so much for your advice. It has made a great difference. Now tell me, how long do I have to take this stuff? A year? Forever? Or does it eventually correct what ever was going wrong at some unknown future date? Thanks for all this help, MacGilchrist P.S. I can also sleep through the night now without hunger pangs, sometimes until 9 O'CLOCK in the morning!!!. Guest guest
It took me about 3-4 months to undo my own neuropathy once i had it but then I ahd mine for abtou 6 months before I actually started treating it. Yours may go away much faster and if ti is gone oyu cna stop the supplements, But the diet.. Well that si good for you forever! It is nto liek the fad diets that so many people go on it is a good way of eating all the time. MUCH healthier than our typical lwo fat diet most Americans eat. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
