Guest guest
rT3 cleared almost two months ago. Since then I have been trying to optimize doses and have done lots of labs, so there have been lots of little changes in doses and have introduced potassium and sea salt. All this time temps have remained high but with lots of little changes (particularly they rose a bit as I lower cortisol). Pulse has been on the high side all this time (more than 90) Right now I am at 50 T3 and 25 cortisol and " suddently " temps and pulse seem to have droped (temps have droped about 2 ºC and pulse is now about 80). What I find strange is that 3 weeks ago I even went as down with T3 as 37.5 (because it seemed I was hyper) and temps remained high all the time I was at this low dose (which was almost two weeks)... I don't understand why they are down now at a higer dose. I feel pretty good, perhaps a little hypo (?). It is weird but it feels like my body suddenly needs more T3... Does this make any sense? What could be going on? Thanks a lot,
Guest guest
Higher outside temps do stres the adrena;ls more btu with good T3 levels it may be increasing oyur cortiols too much rather than too low. I would attemps another HC decrease. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
O.K., many thanks, I am taking now 10 + 7.5 + 5 + 2.5 (a total of 25 HC), how should I do the reduction? > > Higher outside temps do stres the adrena;ls more btu with good T3 levels > it may be increasing oyur cortiols too much rather than too low. Guest guest
10 + 7.5 + 5 + 2.5 From here I would reduce the AM first 7.5 + 7.5 + 5 + 2.5 -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
