Val--help with very strange saliva results

Hey Val,

I got my saliva results back today and was sort of shocked at my results. I

have not made any changes in my biest or progesterone dosage in a long time but

something is going on. Do you have any idea what might have caused this huge

jump?? I have also not been able to go to sleep lately, actually for quite

some time. My night time panic attacks have also returned. I don't get to

sleep until around 3am sometimes, but I can wake up around 8:30 and be alright.

I seriously thought that the results would come back with high night cortisol or

something. I hope you can help.

If oyu are using creams which I suspect you are, they are NOT accurately

tested in saliva. You need ot do serum labs for them. In saliva they wil

always show WAY high when on creams, topicla or sublingual.

Ok thank you. I AM using cream and the lab results were 12 hours post cream on the progesterone. I just tested through blood yesterday at the suggestion of another Dr.

How do my saliva results look?? I have not been on any HC for probably three months. I have a little morning fatigue and then the nighttime going to sleep problem...my last T3 dose at bed. Please let me now if I need to take it to the adrenals side.
