Guest guest
My mistake, my reply was not relevant to you. Sorry but I know little about excess androgen, Val is the expert on sex hormone imbalances. My only experience with excess androgens is that when I took DHEA it did not convert into the hormones I needed, it converted instead (at least partly) into DHT and made me worse instead of better. (My Dr. then switched me to 7-Keto DHEA, which did exactly the same thing.) > > > > > > Margery, thanks..can you elaborate? I have had B12 results (actually high on several measures that would indicate a polycythemia vera) at both ends of the scale..I think my last assessment was below the 500 " ideal " cited by the " Could It Be B12 " author. IOW, serum B12 hasn't made a difference...still have had high H/H with low or low normal ferritin. > > > Angie >
