Quick history, I started taking SRT3 last year and thought it wasn't absorbing

well so I added back in more dessicated 1.5 grain to 2.5 grain. I was up to 120

SRt3 with this much dessicated.

I felt wired-my tsh came back 0.016 and the doctor wanted me to lower the

dessicated. My Ft3 at the time was 4, but since I was taking so much dessicated

there might have been more in my blood if I understand Val on this subject

correctly.

Okay, I lowered to one grain dessicated and stayed on 120 FT3 and I am much,

much calmer, but also have some brain fog back and get shakey very easy with no

recovery ability. Not motivated to do much of anything, and my muscle pains are

worse. Dr. Didn't do a free T3, but wanted to see where TSH was. I was certain

it was going to be over 1 and maybe higher. It was 0.005!!!

Temps aren't high-low 98's most days and basals low-97.2-97.4, but sometimes if

I haven't done much temps climb higher-

I did have a brief couple of days of energy about 3 weeks ago when I first

started dropping the dessicated-but then I overdone it a little and haven't

recovered since. Makes me wonder if RT3 really went down some more and I got

overstimulated???RT3 was 157 last time (90-350 range) and thats the best its

been for a long time. Used to be very high.

My DR. is stubborn about this stuff, but he's the only one in my area that even

comes close to what is talked about here.

Dr. said he wants me to stay on T3, but lower the dessicated more-

thoughts? Thanks
