Guest guest
I've recently found two different holistic MDs who will work with me on reducing my RT3 using T3. But when I interviewed them, I was surprised to find they both emphasized toxic metals, especially mercury, as often the hidden and real underlying cause of high RT3--- apparently, this comes from some research Dr. has done. I was tested 5 years ago (DMSA urine challenge), and had no toxic metal problem then, but of course they both want a re-test, and then you have to be on their chelation protocol for who knows how long. $$$ and more $$$$ I am feeling very skeptical as I have never heard of anyone here needing or dealing particularly with toxic metals in regards to reducing their high RT3. But I want to stay open-minded. Any comments? Thanks, Kate
