Why won't temps and pulse drop after stopping t4?

I am on my first week of t3 only, taking 6.25 * 3 times a day. My tempreture is prettu high 37.1 c (99f) and pulse fast - 100 bpm, So I guess I shouldn't add any more t3 righy now. It has been almost a week without any t4 med (have been taking 600 mcg per week). I am waiting for my tempreture and pulse to drop, but they continue to be elevated. What do you think is going on? Maybe one week (actually 5 days) is not enough time to wait?I havn't done my iron IV yet - will do it next week. And another question: I feel sometimes a little bit shaky. What could be the reason for this? has this have got to do anything with what I wrote above?Thanks...
