Incredible weakness/sleepiness

This feeling has come more and more lately. Around 3 pm (6 hrs after wake up) I

become soooo sleepy and sluggish, and it feels so unnatural and wrong. It

reminds me about the ear before I started HC. So....

It starts with me getting warm when temp is normal.

Is this because I take less HC

Now? 30 mg daily. I was fine on 20 last year so I dont know why 30 mg would be

worse than 20.

Is this from taking less T3? This is day 3 om 10 mcg T3 and 1 & 1/2 grain

Thyroid.

Could it be diabetic avidosis?

Or is it simply rT3???

I haaate this ;( Feels like Im dying.
