The PS definitely made me worse instead of better. In retrospect, I know now

that I had too-LOW night time cortisol, which the PS made even lower.

PS should help IF the problem is HIGH night time cortisol.

The problem I have is that, although I think my nighttime cortisol is too high,

I think PS lowers it too much and ends up lowering my AM cortisol, too, so I

feel awful. But maybe I need more AM HC to compensate. I am not sure!
