Guest guest
The PS definitely made me worse instead of better. In retrospect, I know now that I had too-LOW night time cortisol, which the PS made even lower. PS should help IF the problem is HIGH night time cortisol. > > > > > > Anyone out there who takes Phosphatidyl Serine and Melatonin together? Guest guest
The problem I have is that, although I think my nighttime cortisol is too high, I think PS lowers it too much and ends up lowering my AM cortisol, too, so I feel awful. But maybe I need more AM HC to compensate. I am not sure! Kathleen > > > > > > > > > > Anyone out there who takes Phosphatidyl Serine and Melatonin together?
