Overlap can act as a dose increase. you don't want one dose to have disappeared before you take more, you want a constant level in the serum Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
My bedtime dose is roughly 15mg-20mg- the other 3 doses are closer to 30-35mg. So my spacing is 4-5 hours, and maybe more than 5 hours between last day time and night. I'm only doing this for now as i just quit dessicated over a week ago so I am giving my body time to adjust. I probably will need more T3 based on this, but time will tell. Since I started adding the late night dose-about 1 hour before bed, my basals have climbe a little. The other thing that I think has helped my basals a little is to take 2mg Hc and put a little HC 1% cream on my neck area or on my calf muscles-areas I am sore almost constantly. So isn't that TOO much overlap? Without a bedtime dose, that would be taking it probably 4 hours apart. But hey, if it works. Maybe that's why my SR seems to run out. Maybe I should try his dosing schedule. But I figure might as well take Cynomel at that point, right, if you're dosing every 4 hours anyway.> > >> >Actually, SR lasts 8 to 12 hours (although I think it's more like 6-8), so you really shouldn't be taking it more than 3 times a day if you see what I mean.> > Overlap can act as a dose increase. you don't want one dose to have> disappeared before you take more, you want a constant level in the> serum> > Nick> > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com>
