Should I follow the instructions to increase T3 per the RT3 site or because my

ratio is only slightly off do I stay the course with 25 mcg T3 and NTH?

My RT3 ratio was 18% when we calculated it in mid-April and Val suggested that I

drop my NTH to 3.5 grains down from 4 grains and add 25 mcg T3. I've been on

this dosing for 8 days. (I started it earlier, but ran out of T3 and had to

restart my efforts). I'm sleeping great with 10 mcg T3 and 5 mg HC as I lay my

head down. I wake up ok, but sometimes a little drowsy still and if I'm not

drowsy first thing, then I usually get drowsy within 2-4 hours after waking.

Otherwise, my mood is good, my energy is good, and I am feeling generally well.

My temperatures are stable between 98 and 98.2, but my weight isn't budging.

Please advise, whether to raise T3 or hold the course.
