I think heat intolerance can be a symptom of hypo. Feeling too cold is much

more common, but in his book " Hypothyroidism: The Unsuspected Illness " , Broda

mentions the " paradoxical " nature of hypo symptoms. (This is not an

exact quote, as I'm working from memory here), but he is referring to issues

like this...one patient feels too hot, another feels too cold, yet they both

have the same problem...hypo.

That being said, heat intolerance IS a common symptom of adrenal issues,

particularly low aldosterone, if it were me I'd have my aldosterone checked just

in case.

Dr. ' book is great, by the way, he dosed on symptoms, pulse and

temperature. Parts of it ARE outdated...I believe it was written before the

existence and/or effects of RT3 were known, so it unfortunately lacks any info

on that subject, but many of his ideas are rock-solid and better than what any

modern endo will try to tell you. It is sometimes available very reasonably

priced on Amazon's " used " section.

yesterday from 1.75 to 2 grains and woke up today with a basal of 97.7 (instead

of the 97.2 I had been getting) granted, it will probably go back down again

tomorrow, but still, its nice to see I'm getting close : )
