Guest guest
Margery, thanks again. Interesting that you had similar response to Armour. Are you now on T3 only treatment? So appreciate all of the help and time. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Please help me with these questions based on the background info below: > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > 1. Guest guest
Yes, I'm on T3-only. Any T4 I take turns straight into RT3. I don't know why, as I'm managing my ferritin and cortisol issues. We just don't know all the causes of RT3. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Please help me with these questions based on the background info below: > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > 1. Guest guest
Thank you Margery. I guess w/ this doc, I have to try the NTH or the combo T4 and T3 (with lower dose of T3), get my labs run again, and if I am still in pain and have a high rT3, FIGHT for T3 only with him...or find a new doctor. My ratio of ft3/rt3 was 18.4. Since that is pretty close to 20, my problem could be just low ferritin, correct? And we will have to see how my ratio does as I raise my ferritin? Question please: I know that our ratio should be at least 20, but how high do you get your ratios when you guys are on T3 only? (Or how LOW do you get your rT3?) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Please help me with these questions based on the background info below: > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > 1. Guest guest
I have seen ratios of 60-100 while on T3 only once RT3 is cleared. As far as I am concerned th ehigher the better! -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
