Guest guest
Thanks again Val. I am trying to get my ferritin up as quickly as possible. Am taking ferrous fumerate elemental 100mg once a day. Should i increase that to 200mg? I have a very short monthly cycle which is very heavy so I think this is making it hard to keep my ferritin levels on the increase. Should I stop increasing my T3 until I get the ferritin closer to 70 or is it safe to keep gradually increasing? I am thinking that my adrenals are having trouble coping as my temperatures have been erratic lately. I had an adrenal panel done in february. Target range in brackets. 8am 34nmol/l (25) 12pm 24nmol/l (15) 6pm 15nmol/l (5-10) 10pm 20 nmol/l (<5) What are the best natural supplements for supporting my adrenals? I think I will have another panel done soon just to see what is going on. Kat > > If you increase too fast you risk crashing your adnreals. There si no > rushing this process. Guest guest
I woudl go to 200mg but take ti in two separate doses so you can absorb it better. With that high cortisol your adrenaks could easily suffer burn out quickly. I would be on PS and possiblky DHEA as well as vitamin C, D and rhodiola to help them. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
