If RT3 is bad... why are Labs high value ranges considered normal by them?

An example is Lab Corp Rt3 range is 90-350... My initial rt3 score was 324 and

my Ft3/t3 to rt3 ratio was bad being diagnosed by this board as having a rt3

problem... I was told that I need to get my Rt3 value to at least under 100 or

lower... My question is why would any Lab consider these high ranges (such as

Lab Corps 90-350 range) normal?
