taking natural thyroid and T3

Can you take natural hormones as well as taking T3 synthetic.

i think i will need some T4 in my diet so to speak and wondered if taking 2

grains and 25mg T3 would be ok.

i take 3 1/2 grains at the moment and have today tried 2 1/2 grains and this

afternoon have taken 25mg T3. i feel pretty good. i can feel the T3 working.

i suppose it will be a bit trial and error to find what suits me.
