Guest guest
Thanks for the info. This was done when I was taking Generic Cytomel 15 mcg at 6am and 6pm. (Before I knew about dosing it.) Now I'm taking it at 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm. I'm having trouble knowing whether to raise it, because I get fevers frequently. (In between that my temps are low - like 96 or 97. ) Am also on Dexamethasone 0.75 mg in the AM - because I seem to metabolize cortef too fast. Is this an adequate dose for adrenal? (My adrenals don't work at all on the acth stim test - no acth, no cortisol.) My temps do not tend to vary other than the maybe every other week that I get a fever & feel yucky for a day then go back to my 96/97 temps. I would raise thyroid slowly and carefully watching for any signs of intolerance.-- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/------------------------------------We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
Sorry I know nothign about dosing Dex, have you tried Medrol? I am wondering why the extreme steroid? There are several steps between HC and Dex! LOL ANyway the fever would be worrisome. DO you have any idea what is causing it? I used ot have spike fevers wher eI would get up feeling wonderful, go to work and in an hour run a 105 fever. But i had Endometriosis and Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, a complete hyst fixed that. But there has to be a reason for a fever that comes and goes. Have you been t3sted for infection? -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
