I will be getting some T3 to take for my high reverse T3

The last time my doctor had me start at only 10 mg.of T3 and it was

too low. I slept most of a month. I have been on Erfa 2 grains.

So I think I should be able to start much higher than l0 mg.

On a conversion chart it says approximate dosage of the ERFA

is 50 mg... So can I start and perhaps even end at 50 mg?

The t4 was gone at the end of 3 months and I wasn't even on that high

of a dose, but energy wise I was pretty listless and tired.

I printed out the instructions but they are unclear to me as to where we

start. Darn, I feel pretty good on 2 grains, but I suspect the

RT3 problem will get worse in me since the ratio is bad.

I am on the Holy Basil that was suggested and it started helping with my

Cortisol problem right away. I am sleeping better. Yes!

I am seeing my primary tomorrow to change away from Metoprolo as

suggested.

Don't start there, start at the amount of T3 in the Erfa (18) and

increase from there as T4 decays

http://thyroid-rt3.com/dosing.htm

talks about starting and increasing, have a read of that
