I take my ferrous sulphate as directed by the rT3 website leaving plenty of time

between doses. My new multivitamin has 14mg of iron in it - is this likely to

be a problem? I take my t3 sublingually, I know it says in stop the thyroid

madness that if you take meds sublingually then it isn't a problem to take iron

at the same time but i don't like to take the risk

No problem at all sublingually.

14mg is also too low to be an issue I expect
