Thanks so much! I found it! Do you think taking the cytomel will help with the shortness of breath, or have others had good experiences with it helping this? Is this one of the symptoms that can disappear when clearance happens? I'm just so tired of it. I think I could function pretty well if that part would go away!

I ordered some iron, AND I'm starting to take b-12 shots since my b-12 is too low. What is a common dose of b-12 in a shot, and how often is good to take them?
