Guest guest
O.K. I have droped cortisol a bit (2.5 yesteday and 2.5 today) and today heart rate has gone down (86/92, last days it was 100 or higher all the time)!!! I am taking today 17.5 HC and I feel somewhat better. I don't know if it is too early to draw conclusions but if it is really high cortisol what is bothering me right now (after clearance), it seems a bit slow to reduce 2.5 every 2-3 weeks. Will it be unsafe to reduce the dose quicker? > > That is easy to test, lower the cortisol. Guest guest
Thank you Nick, I will try to reduce very carefully, and as you said monitoring temps and symptoms. I actually feel considerably better, relieved, after having reduce 5 HC in only two days. Pulse rate has gone down very noticeably! Many thanks again! > > >but if it is really high cortisol what is bothering me right now (after clearance), it seems a bit slow to reduce 2.5 every 2-3 weeks.
