I would hurry up and band now and get as much correction as I can while I am near a cranial. My son was in his band 8-9 weeks. You might make it before you go or in my opinion if you are a week or two off drive back or stay a week or two longer in NJ. You can get a casting appointment, pay and band within around 6 days. Do it. We loved Purvi at cranial in NJ. Go for it and dont mess around with unknowns. Tammy

I don't have a great opinion of banding in Denver. I remember a few moms over the last 2 years trying to get bands there and not havinggood luck. I would try and band at CT and finish before you go. Themax in one band is 16 weeks, but many babies finish earlier. I thinkit would be worth it to get some good correction right away, andpossibly skip banding in Denver. Also I would search the messages forDenver to see what you find, since I am relying on my somewhat failingmemory :-)-christinesydney 2 yrs starband grad>> HI!> > I am a new member! Hello there,

I live in Denver and just recently went and had my 6 mth measured for a band at Hanger. There are numerous locations in the Denver Metro area. If you are also needing a neuro to follow let me know. We are happy with the practioners here.

McNatt at The Childrens Hospital is great and I have heard that Dr. Rodrick Lamond is great too. Dr. Rodrick Lamond is affiliated with Presbatarian/St Luke Hospital. Be careful when going to Childrens, if you dont get Dr. McNatt, they wont recommend using a band/helmet the neuros there, excluding McNatt, are very conservative. Anyhow, for Hanger locations, if you go to the Hanger website and click on Facility Locator, type in Denver and it will pull up the locations. We go to the location on lin St/Midtown Tower, and see Dan the Orthotist. I heard Dan and Jackie in Aurora, CO are the best Orthotists to work with.
