OK, I don't get this at all. My adrenals seem supported. Today I've taken 25mg

of HC so far(I'm on 45mcg of SR T3/day) That's more than enough to support my

adrenals and I feel even colder? What's up with this. I don't feel fatigued or

low cortisol symptoms at all. Just freezing cold. Temp is 96.5 and it's never

this low.

What's up with this?

I took 15mcg total my temp went up to about 98.5 at one point. Now it's dropped

to 96.6 now that I'm on 30mcg/day. Normally my temp was stable at 97.5-98.0 Is

this normal? Should I keep going up until my temp reaches 98.6?

Correction: my temp now is 95.6! I've never seen it this low!

Should I raise the hydrocortisone or keep raising the T3 or go off the T3?

I don't understand why my temperature would drop? Do you?

On zero T3 my temp was 97.9 - 98.2

OK, I will try a higher dose. My compounded SR T3 was made in 08 and the

expiration date my have been then too. Could the T3 have degraded?

We don't recommend 's here for many reasons including the fact

it can be very hard on adrenals and that RT3 takes 3 months of T3 only

to clear at a receptor level

Have a read through this
