Guest guest
OK, I don't get this at all. My adrenals seem supported. Today I've taken 25mg of HC so far(I'm on 45mcg of SR T3/day) That's more than enough to support my adrenals and I feel even colder? What's up with this. I don't feel fatigued or low cortisol symptoms at all. Just freezing cold. Temp is 96.5 and it's never this low. What's up with this? > > > > I've started taking Slow Release T3 doing 's protocol. The first day I took 15mcg total my temp went up to about 98.5 at one point. Now it's dropped to 96.6 now that I'm on 30mcg/day. Normally my temp was stable at 97.5-98.0 Is this normal? Should I keep going up until my temp reaches 98.6? > > > > What does this mean? > > >
Guest guest
Correction: my temp now is 95.6! I've never seen it this low! Should I raise the hydrocortisone or keep raising the T3 or go off the T3? > > > > > > I've started taking Slow Release T3 doing 's protocol. Guest guest
SR T3 is so poorly absorbed I suspect 45mcg os only abotu equal to 20-25mcg regular. I woudl raise it. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
I don't understand why my temperature would drop? Do you? On zero T3 my temp was 97.9 - 98.2 > > SR T3 is so poorly absorbed I suspect 45mcg os only abotu equal to > 20-25mcg regular. I woudl raise it. Guest guest
OK, I will try a higher dose. My compounded SR T3 was made in 08 and the expiration date my have been then too. Could the T3 have degraded? > > It is too low a dose and is onyl lowering your TSH and thus your own T3 > levels go down and it is not enough ot replace what it is supressing. We don't recommend 's here for many reasons including the fact it can be very hard on adrenals and that RT3 takes 3 months of T3 only to clear at a receptor level Have a read through this www.thyroid-rt3.com and feel free to ask questions Nick
