Guest guest
Winnie, I will tell you one way that you can use your scale for a higher weight, Do you use the standard Dr. Scale?. if so then get a BIG paper clip.----that is not what they are called....kinda like a clamp with wire handles that will fold up on them....hope you or someone knows what I am talking about. and tie some small something on to them. Then clamp them on to the point of the scale that sticks out. Weigh someone on the scale without the attachment then weigh with the attachment and subtract the difference and then each time you add the attachment you add that much on the weight of the person being weighed. EXAMPLE. you weigh someone and they weigh 205.75 with attachment they weigh 176.75 difference of the two 29 pounds so when you weigh the lady she weighs in weighing 347 pounds PLUS the 29 pound real weight 376 pounds. you can experiment with different size weights.... a washed works good, just do some checking till you find the size that will weigh her. Hope you can understand this and that it works for you. HUGS, Vernie winona harrell wrote: We have a new member as of last week. Our chapter has a net loss for the year so far of 31.75 lbs. Eleven members with an avg of ten weigh in each week. (Sorry Willie, I was mistaken in the figure I quoted you a day or two ago.) Does anyone have the little weight thingy that you use to weigh over 350 lbs? Our new member has to go to the nursing home with our weight recorder to be able to weigh. Please contact me if you have one your chapter is not using. We have scheduled our state queen, Vickie Burnett, to come March 9th to speak to our chapter. Will advertise in the papers and also contact area chapters that might like to join us. Guess that is about it for now. Heading to bed soon. Hopefully will be able to get to sleep before 4 am tonight! ROFLOL Great big Texas size hugs to each of you! Winnie Winnie Harrell TOPS TX # 1837, Bonham Yahoo! Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
