Guest guest
5/24 I wrote: I wrote in before because i didn't feel any effects on T3 only and was increasing my dose alot. I started at 10mcg 4/29, and was up to 125 mcg by 5/22. Most of the times, i felt great when i increased it, but felt like i was going hypo again 3 days later, so i upped my dose again. I never felt hyper! My pulse was around 100, temp hovering around 98. Until today that is. I took my normal a.m. 25 mcg, ate normal. And of course this happened right when i went to see a new endo(in the continuing search to find an enlightened and up to date dr.) My blood pressure was 155/80 (normally 120/80), my pulse was 120, my temp 98.69. I felt a little jittery and hyper. So i didn't take another dose until this afternoon, when i took 1/2 my normal. I don't know what to do at this point, it's like what you describe would happen when your resistance clears. But it's only been 3.5 weeks! Here's my labs before T3, and after starting T3. 4/20 5/17 range tsh 1.68 .024 .270-4.200 ft4 1.2 .6 .9-1.7 ft3 2.9 8.0 2.6-4.8 rt3 28 15 11-32 ferritin 51 cortisol 7.5 AT 2 PM I had a ratio of 10, strong resistance. After these labs i was told my t3 was pooling. 6/3 My latest update:I've been cutting my t3 dose, but I've now gone hyper 3 times in the past 1 week, with temps of 98.69, then 99.1, then 99.4. I had a fast pulse 120, sometimes over, and the last one I felt short of breath (kind of like an asthma attack), jittery, and hyper. Yesterday, after the last hyper feeling, I didn't even take any t3. I checked my temps and pulse all day, around 98-98.4, and slower but not normal pulse. Today, I have low temp 97.54 and normal pulse, so I took 6 mcg t3. What the __ happened to me? Did all that t3 pooling in my blood all of a sudden get through and make me go hyper? Within 1 week i went from 125mcg to 50mcg. What do I do now? Thank you,
