Misty T3 defeats the purpose. When you have high RT3 almost ALL the T4

you take will only convert to mor eRT3. It is the nature of the beast we

are dealing wiht. While some DO seem to be able to clear RT3 with still

takinga minute amount of T4 it is unlikely your improvements are from

that T4 as T4 takes at least a week to build abd several weeks ot start

converting. T4 has NO physiological effects of ti's own.

We do NOT do 's T3 protocol here. That protocol I feel is

dangerous and can crash people's adrenals. Besides the ramping up too

high and then back down is not needed. You need to slowly raise to a

physiological dose, usually 75-100mcg T3 and givce i tTIME (12 weeks

usually) to work. There is no rampign way high the way we do it.

thanks Val.

There is so much conflicting information.

I am very alarmed bc i am at a veryhigh dose of t3. 120mcg)

I know its strange, but i do notice a differnce in the way i digest and the

water wieght with t4. i am relatively a quick responder this way, where i feel

virtually nothing with t3. i feel really confused about this whole things.

the t3 has been hard fo rme to carry out bc of the weight gain and i feel

extremely discouraged. 12 weeks is a super long time to wait, it feels liek

forever.

i just do not know what to do and i feel scared to be on such a high dose of t3.

i have bone issues and i am becoming very concerned.

Well T4 is not going to help your bones. All I can say si we do not get

t;ike this overnight and the fix is not overnight either. You are not on

THAT high a T3 dose. I have been on 125mcg for abotu 1.5 years.
