Guest guest
Exact timing is NOT necessary. Once you get near a good dose and it begins workign for oyu, the ups and downs level out as your body only uses what it has receptors open TO use. I take mine roughly at 5AM, 9-11 am, 4PM, and bedtime, but I work as a pet groomer, I cannot stop in the middle of a groom to take pills. This is another part of 's theories that I firmly believe is incorrect. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
>I don't care if it takes longer, or what not. Just that it's relatively easy to do (I have two young kids so I'm typically distracted). Each morning I count out the amount I am going to take that day into an empty bottle and carry that amount round with me. I only take them from that bottle and hence can always check " have I taken my 3rd dose, how many are left " I have " target times " when I intend to take them but will shift them around to suit my day I am at a pretty constant level for T3 I don't feel up and downs provided I keep the level topped up Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
