I have to wear a bracelt due to my insulin use, but it si a tiny silver

bracelet with medical alert insignia and on the reverse side it says

" see wallet " where I keep a card with my informaiton on it.

just has been MY experiences

all the many times i was carted off to the ER by

ambulance they NEVER checked my medic alert bracelet.

so I just had army surplus dog tags written up with

important details and meds I was under...and started

wearing it on a lanyaard around my neck when I was

away rom home
