Guest guest
I changed my dosages times but not amount, and my temps increased. My basal is 98.8 and average for the past 4 days is 98.8 I decreased my morning dose today 5mcg and my 10am temp went to 98.6, kept my same dose for next 2 at 10mcg (12n & 6pm). Should I decrease my 6pm dose to 5 mcg instead of 10 to keep my basals down. Is it ok to keep my temps this high with little fluctuation? I also have low Ferritin and haven't started supplimenting yet, so don't know if I should decrease my dosage since I don't want to dump when my levels come up. I haven't felt all that great, headache and flu like symptoms but I don't think it has to do with my thyroid, it might be seasonal allergies? My pulse remains between 60 to 64 bpm. If something wakes me up in a dead of sleep or a simple changing position in bed can cause my hrt rate to shoot up though. It very strange. Guest guest
I keep decreasing my T3 dose from 80mcg to 70mcg at 7am, noon dose was 10mcg now 5mcg and I will decrease 6pm dose from 10 to 5mcg. My temps are getting higher 99.2, now 99.4 pulse remains 60bpm but I have a slight headache. Did I clear out RT3 and need less T3 now?? because I don't feel just right and I don't know if I'm hypo or hyper (pulse rate 60 to72) although it seems to speed up at night when I wake up to change positions. ( it feels almost like an adrenaline rush ). Help anyone!!! > > I changed my dosages times but not amount, and my temps increased.
