I don't count my exercise points because I found that when I did I

spent them. The weight seems to come off faster (for me) by ignoring

them.

One more quick question. I'm confused on this whole cytomel thing. I thought

Cytomel was natural, but now I have heard it is synthetic. I try not to take

synthetic :(

Cytomel is synthetic, but as far as I know there is no natural T3-only thyroid

med available. All of the Naturals I know of contain T4.

Yes, it's synthetic, and I don't like that part, either, but you do not want ANY t4 at all if you're reversing, and Armour, Naturethroid, and all the naturals have t4 in them. The t4 will convert to rt3, and continue to clog your good t3 receptors, and you won't clear the rt3.
