Guest guest
Ok, so if your ferritin level is low, and you still start SOME Cytomel....can you hope to clear still if you're working on building your ferritin level up and monitoring your adrenals by temp each day? I have air hunger, and it's very limiting. I really want to work on this to improve as soon as possible. (As does everyone, I'm sure). I'm taking (8) 27 mg Bluebonnet iron tabs per day, and trying to eat more greens and things like that.
Guest guest
Depends on how low the ferritin is. T3 usually isn't tolerated well if ferritin is under 50. With a ferritin of 50, it is possible to increase both iron and T3 at the same time, although the increases may have to go slower than usual. It does vary from person to person. You can always try to increase the T3, but I have read so many times of folks who ran into intolerance problems (very often anxiety) if they increased their T3 when their ferritin was too low. > > Ok, so if your ferritin level is low, and you still start SOME Cytomel....can you hope to clear still if you're working on building your ferritin level up and monitoring your adrenals by temp each day?
