Pulse 60 (normal for me ) but Temp high average 99 -99.2. Should I decrease T3

My pulse rate stays normal during the day except at night if I wake up it might

speed up fast then ramp down. I have a dull headache, sometimes migraine lately.

My temp is getting higher, should I decrease my T3? I also have a low ferritin

31. I'm at 100mcg daily.
