Guest guest
Maureen, I have trouble taking deep breaths. Even while resting, although I do much better when I'm lying down for the night and totally relaxing. I'm reversing....ratio 12.14 now. I'm on ferritin, and taking b12 shots. (In past two weeks). Just started on Cytomel Saturday. Just up to 25 mcg per day now....temps stable and coming up some! I'm just soooo tired! Morning are the worst. I don't have any weird cravings. I'm guessing mine is from hypo. How long did it take you to get yours straight from hypo? I NEED A LIFE! So tired of not having one! Any words of encouragement youhave are coveted! My symptoms are: fatigue, brain fog, air hunger, feeling like someone stuffed my head with socks, and mild depression. Subject: Re: Diane...What do you think? To: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, June 10, 2010, 3:20 PM In my case, having trouble taking a breath, especially a deep breath even when resting, was hypothyroid. Shortness of breath, especially while moving, was anemia. With the anemia I also had pica symptoms, I chewed ice constantly. Pica is a good sign it's anemia. Do you have any compulsive desire to eat strange things? Not the usual salt, sugar cravings.Maureen>> I know I posted before, but am still having difficulty breathing (air hunger). I am taking 7.5 hc at 8:00 a.m., 7.5 hc at noon, 5. hc at 4:00 p.m. Also started on Cytomel on Saturday, ramping up. I'm at 10 mcg 7:00 a.m., 10 mcg 1:00 p.m. My temps were steady at 98.0 avg for 10 days before I started the Cytomel. My ferritin tested low at 22. I am taking 162 mg Bluebonnet Iron a day to help bring that up. Sunday - today, my temps are rising a little bit with a peak at around 3:00 p.m. of 98.6 or 98.7. I am reversing with a ratio of 12.14 as of last week. I have Hashis, we know, as I tested high on thyroglobulin antibodies. (28) < 20 I am just wondering if I'm on the right track? The air hunger is the worst thing to deal with and then the fatigue. I am also taking 1/2 t seasalt twice a day at Val's rec., and lots of vitamin C, B-Complex, Pandrenol, a pro-biotic, D3, 5000 mg, 12.5 mg DHEA, progesterone cream. I had had very sore breasts before the doctor put me on this last month. This has improved a lot. Don't want to mess myself up, so appreciate your input!> > Thanks so much.............>
